eczema and dermititis

Oright all...

have a quick question...

i suffer from bad contact dermititis and contct eczema on my hands and feet i have this all year round, now iv tried a lot of steroid creams and shiiit in the past but was woundering if anybody knew of a sup that has helped their skin at all?

any feed back would ve appreciated

    i'd ask a dermatologist first, however in that case i've benefited greatly from SOD spray (superoxide dysmutase), while the physician's alternative were usual cortisone creams.

    ive been to see derms in the past and currently on another waiting list all they seem to give me are steroid creams and antibiotics if infected

    what is this can you be more specific please

    The only thing which helps mine is going on a sunbed every couple of months. That seems to get rid of it within a couple of days.

    Last year I was also going to the sauna after the gym, which was really aggrevating it. Took me a while to realise it was the sauna though...
