eggs

i have to be in work for 5am and im finding it hard to get my eggs in in the morning...was just wandering, would it be cool to boil a couple of eggs and put them in the fridge and just peel them in the morning???...also is it cool to just have them and not egg whites on their own?

Yes eating only the whites is plain silly, fine to boil them night before. Sometimes I will boil my eggs, and make a mash with some mayo and pepper the night before and put in tub, very quick and tasty to eat in the morning.

I boil them in batches of about 12, then keep them in the fridge with shell on, they will keep for at least 4 days like this

Get a good non stick pan, little olive oil, then 3 eggs scrambled in the pan takes 2 mins tops and nice and fluffy

I bought a microwave egg-poacher. Poaches eggs in around 40 seconds. I recommend it.

Boil them and keep em in the fridge (with the shell on)  Just chuck them in your bag on the way out the door then.

    Nice and Easy!
