eggs- raw VS cooked??

hi! ive been eatin eggs for breakfast (scrambled) now for almost 10yrs, the amount of whites varies but i only have 2 yolks daily.

does any1 know of any new research or studies about the effects (benefits / dangers) of eating many egg-yolks daily as i am considering keeping all of the yolks in the pan in order to increase muscle growth!

main concerns are cholesterol!

also, i have a mate who only consumes his eggs raw (blended with bananas, milk and 1 scoop of whey protein. the common opinion is that raw eggs give you salmonella (is this still the case these days what with all the testing done at farms etc). also, some1 told me that the human body cannot utilise the protein in eggs when they are raw! any info regarding this question would be greatly appreciated as it would save me time in the mornings!

    i dont use many egg yolks maybes 1 or 2 a day, but about 6 or more whites,i probably have about 3 raw im not sure about how they digest but they should be safe from salmonella,as long as they are stamped with a lion.............apparently thats supposed to show they are salmonella free

    Raw eggs make biotin in your body less available so you've got to watch the amount you take in...will have to look up more on it since it's been awhile since I've read about it

    i thought that most eggs today have been pasturised so that eating raw eggs is safe now??
