electric shavers

does anyone use one of these regularly?

i hate shaving with a passion, it's such a chore and i have sensitive skin so it burns like hell when i wet shave.

my g/f bought me this one: http://www.britsonpole.co...ilips-shaver-post14295

on my cheeks its great, nice clean smooth shave and gets close enough, but under my jaw line and on my neck it's nothing short of ****ing wank! it burns my neck because the contours are useless and i struggle to reach under my jaw line so just cause more friction on the skin, last night i used it for my cheeks and jawline and then had to wet shave the rest, completely pointless.

now my main point is would i have been better off just getting one like this instead: http://www.shavingprice.c...-590cc-Electric-Shaver

with a flat head instead of 3 circular shavers??

i've used it for 5 weeks now and still struggle with anything under the jawline and down. so annoying.

I use an Istubble on the shortest setting. It cuts how you'd look in the evening after a wet shave, not close but close enough for me. It stops in growing hairs and the like

I swear by my Phillips one - similar to the first link, quite a high end one. HOWEVER! I use it after applying this stuff:

Its brilliant and makes the shaving process, even under my chin really easy and pain free. Wouldnt electric shave without it now. Costs about 12 a bottle but one bottle will last me about one year of regular shaving.

    LOL, pair of fannies :-)

i like the look of the istubble, may have to get one of those as i do have an old hair trimmer i take the guard off and that has the same 5'o clock shadow look, though i've taken to using that mainly on the ball sack to prime for a veet sesh.

so i'll try the clinique stuff first and see how that goes, think the g/f is late shopping tonight, she can go buy it me.

Just get a trimmer mate! I have same issues with burning and rashes but no such problem with a trimmer. Bit of stubble looks better too.

I generally prefer the flat ones as opposed to the ones with multiple circular heads
