    Hi,

I think it would be more beneficial to seperate the weights/cardio session. 20-30 mins a few days a week sounds fine but you may struggle a bit with it particularly straight after a big weights session when all you want to do is rest! I find dividing the two by at least 6-8 hours works best

Of course the diet will have to be in check to for best fat-loss results. If you only want to shed a small amount of body-fat, just lower your daily calorie intake gradually.

I would suggest the cardio before weights as a kind of intense warm-up, to get you ready for your real training.

I would do it on off days, 20-30 minutes, upon waking in the morning before eating. This is the best way to do it...
