just got epa 1000mg from h & b just wonderin how many a day and when to take em. thanx

    yeh soz forgot bout that. i take tablespoon full twice a day of flaxseed oil.

    Ah I see. So what is your overal fat intake, without including the capsules? And what is your overall caloric intake? (You can provide the overal macronutrient breakdown if you can - could help).

    And your goals are to cut, bulk, maintain, something else?

    following toxics cutting diet quite close. im on a cut at the mo. not a clue about calorie intake or the micronutrient brakedown.

    Alright then. Well.. one capsule will provide you with 1g. So perhaps have 2-5 a day, depending on how many you need to reach your fat intake.

    thanx for the advice mate. how much fat intake should i be aimin for in a day then. i weigh 14 st. mostly muscle but some fat i need to get rid of. natural by the way.

    It depends on the diet as a whole. Knowing the macronutrient breakdown and overall calories could help give an idea though.

    There isn't a set amount really.. it depends more on the fat ratio.

    You basically try something and monitor progress.. so say a rough % breakdown of p/c/f - 50/40/10.
    You can try something else.. like raise fats and drop some carbs and get 50/30/20 instead for example.. see how you get on with that.. and compare. Then go with the results you prefer.

    The saturated fat shouldn't really exceed the 10% mark of your overall fat intake.
