epi and alcohol

i've got a big event coming this saturday and there will be lots of drink on the go and drunk mates i haven't seen for ages. The thing is i'm 6 days into my epi cycle. I'm currently using liv.52 for support. Whats your opinions on having a good drink on sat? will it be dangerous?

A once off session wont kill you.

Mabye just take a few extra liv.52 tablets before and after the session.

Don't mean to hijack ur thread dude, but would the same apply when on PCT?? I've got an event going on in my first week of PCT and was wondering wether it was worth it to have a drink or not?

I did this during last football season on EPI and felt dog afterwards.

Make sure you have plenty of water the next day, have a couple of liv.52 before you go out and there's also no harm in dropping a shandy in with the odd pint so as to look like your still drinking lager but really your reducing any negative effects on you body ;)

As said though, as a one-off it shouldn't harm too much...

To tell you the truth, I was a little silly with my drinking on SD and Epi, binge drank twice a week, yet came off and the docs told me my liver was in tip top shape after blood tests!

Wouldn't recommend it, but it ain't the end of the world!

What myself and a few friends used to do was come off orals the day before a drinking session, and then start them up again a day or so after the last drink

Otherwise you can get some pretty severe hangovers, indicating that it's clearly not good for your body

If you're just having a couple of drinks then it won't make any difference, but I'd recommend the above if you plan on having more than that

Yea EPI aint that toxic on liver anyways.

I drink twice a week on epi but take liv52 and milk thistle and drink plenty water.

wouldnt drink as much if i were on tren sd or m1t tho. maybe only once a week, lol.
