i posted a thread but i guess i didnt word it too greatly sorry folks
the thing is ive got to the size im happy with and wish no further size but
id love to get functional core training with some power moves
i have researched all on here but it just confussed me and id really alike some feedback and advice please
i dont know what best to leave in or take out
hope you can help

    Well, a great place to start is to learn the clean and jerk and the snatch. That will entertain you for a good few months!

    im a martial artist muaythai my genral aim is too hold the frame ive built up(from 10st too 11st and in last 18months up to 13st)but be functionally fit
    strong core good strenght not fussed about apperance
    i wanna have all round stregth and fitness
