fastbreak

at the moment when im in a rush (which is always) im necking all in 1 gain for my breakfast!...is this adequate - 35g protein, 50 carbs - and then not eating for a good few hrs?

    on a bulking cycle, course diet for rest of day matters but for a first meal of day iyo is this enough prot/carb?

    depends on whole diet in relation to stats, lifestyle, training time hence the suggestion above

    in general, people who are bulking aim to get at least 30g protein and 50g carbs per meal from what i have read on diets posted up? this right? of course it varies from person to person depending on weight etc. just looking for an idea as to whether its far too little to be consuming in the morning?

    whats in the Allin1 Gain, from what I remember its oats, whey and malto but it doesnt specify how much malto.

    or post your diet bumping does not give us any futher info...
