mate diet is terrible for fat loss sorry.
Breakfast you need protein in there, drop the propep when you run out and get som ebulk whey from the suppliers and flavour it yourself, if you want ideas ask me.
Too much powder, not enough real food, no ot enough veg, very low on healthy fats, wheres the carbs PPWO cirtually none in there mate two slices of bread wont cut it, at this rate youre gonna lose muscle.
