whilst cutting you still need to do weight, its iron that has built the muscle, it requires iron to keep it there too.
is is poss to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. but it requires you to be anal with your diet and some jiggery pokery in the training department. but everyhting needs to be spot on. youd get better results concentrating on bulking, but keeping fat in-check.
