fat loss stoped only a LITTLE bit to go!!

I need advice ive been on a cut for a few weeks now and my fat loss has stopped.

my diet has already been aproved finally after i have changed it on its head.

training is spot on although the only suggestion i can think of is to change the 5 day split into a 3day split.

cardio is 30-45 mins after i train and no cardio on rest days. again only suggestion i can make here is that i either move the cardio to the morning or do both?

current cycle is deka 500mg wk and test enan 500mg wk with eca before training and clen every day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

can anyone comment on my suggestions or perhaps make their own?

quick, get into the chopper!!!

i cant really comment on the deka and enan but as for the cardio, id switch the cardio to in the morning 5 times a week and if ya feel like it, maybe another 30 mins after a workout (not every workout just whenever ya feel like it) this should get rid of that last little stubborn bit of fat mate

I'd agree with the above. If the diet is spot on now then the other factor limiting weight loss will be your activity levels. Can you manage morning cardio sessions and if so how many? 30-45 mins low intensity CV could utilise an additional 150-300 cals per day which could be enough to drop another few lbs.

as you lose weight you have to remember that your "spot on" diets won't be spot on anymore. YOu should just increase cardio if your diet is at the calorie level needed. Your weight routine won't make to much of a difference in fat loss. Its most useful for holding onto the muscle you already have.

Upping the cardio definately will help but u can also make your weight training more intense, for example up the sets, lower the rest periods, add skipping between sets for "active recovery", etc.
