hey just wondering what % of everyones calories come from fats?
on roughly a 3000cals a day diet would 20% of calories coming from fat be around the right mark?

    Should be fine.

One of the common calorie split recommendations is the 40- 40- 20 (carb- protein- fat).

ISSA recommends their 1- 2- 3 rule (fat- protein- carbs) as another alternative.

Personally I aim for around 20%, although it does sometimes exceed that a bit.

depends on your lifestyle really, no set figures as it can and will vary from person to person

I'm having over 60% as fats at the minute, then again, I'm on basically zero carbs for a while
