feel realy hungry at night

this is what i have eaten today

morning 46gram protein shake
7 eggs on 2 bits wholemeal toast
bowl of oats

after training pwo 46gram shake and banana

45 mins later chicken breast fillet baked potatoe and veg and kiwi fruit

next meal chicken breast and some rice and protein shake 2 flax seed oils caps handfull hazelnuts

next meal chiken breast and 3 egg whites handfull hazlenuts and bit of fruit

next meal sliced chicken and cottage cheese, and plus 3 litres of water today
and im gonna have a doubled up shake in a min cos im still hungry, does this seem like enough food?

    Spread your water intake throughout the day...not all in one shot. Make sure you keep yourself properly hydrated around your training too.

    What are the times of those meals?

    What are your stats?

    Not sure on the amounts or portions of all the food so hard to tell really. What are your goals?


    Switch the white to a sweet potato or yam
    More veg
    More fats perhaps...two flax oil caps don't provide that much really. What's your overal fat intake compared to protein and carbs?

    The shake is 46g protein?

    Why are you leaving it all of the yolks, I'd keep some in and perhaps cut down on a white or three.

    Maybe try some 5-HTP. Supposed to be good for late night carb cravings as it raises Seretonin and also helps you sleep.

    I take something like this: http://www.myprotein.co.uk/formulas/our-formulas/bedtime-formula/bedtime-formula.cfm however I built my own formular to have more Caseinate.

    It’s a struggle to drink it all as it’s so thick, but you get used to it.
