feeling sick

just got back from a workout and its comin upto ppwo time and i feel quite sick, got a stomach ache, i reckon i could eat, ut mite regret it, how bad would missing ppwo be ? and maybe a meal later, before bed?

    try liquid calories instead mate and just sip on a shake vs chewing loads of food

    maybe jsut some whey and wheatabix mixed up u reckon mate?

    if you have some slower idgesting protein like milk or cottage cheese mix that with some weetabix and add a bit of sweetener to it and one PPWo shake. Try sipping on some water beforehand too

    Did you get carbs PWO? ? ?

    If so, you could have at a push, left PPWO out, and then just had a meal ~3 hours after PWO.

    yeah i was feeling much better cheers, just sipped on a shake like you said, i didnt really feel up for a meal
