You can have any other source of protein to replace the egg whites or the cottage cheese... whatever you prefer. Try rotating the sources if you get bored easily..
Quark, cottage cheese, eggs, lean cuts of meat, fish, quorn, tofu, skim milk (powder), a caseinate, whey, soya, etc. etc. for protein.
Do you not eat the yolks in the morning? Or are you using liquid egg whites?
