dextrose, maltodextrin = carbs powders (high GI)
    l-glutamine = aimo acid
udios oil = a blend of oil containing EFA (good fats)

egg whites in the morning, n= anything chicken, tuna , beef what ever you want

and cottage cheese at night same as above although CC is one of the best

    Hi Jay.

    Dextrose

You will probably see this sometimes referred to as glucose, it is a simple sugar. Normally a popular choice for PWO nutrition as it is the fastest acting carb there is.

    Maltodextrin

Maltodextrin is a complex carbs with a moderately sweet taste, not as sweet as dextrose though, It's produced from corn starch basically and is ver yeasily digestable, infact it is very close in terms of quickness in its digesting, as dextrose is, despite Maltodextrin being a complex carb.

    L-Glutamine

Glutamine is an amino acid which is in high density within our bodies. It helps the body to keep optimum protein synthesis meaning that it helps to make muscle mass, it is basically taken to prevent muscle wasting (catabolism).

    Udos Oil

Basically these are excellent healthy fats (EFA = Essential Fatty Acids). Have a ratio of 2:1:1 in terms of Omega 3:6:9.

You can have any other source of protein to replace the egg whites or the cottage cheese... whatever you prefer. Try rotating the sources if you get bored easily..

Quark, cottage cheese, eggs, lean cuts of meat, fish, quorn, tofu, skim milk (powder), a caseinate, whey, soya, etc. etc. for protein.

Do you not eat the yolks in the morning? Or are you using liquid egg whites?
