finished routine... next?!

jus finished twelve weks of frankies 5x5, and first of all would recommend it! really enjoyed it and got good gains! having a week off now and thinking of changing the routine? is this wise? as i have said i enjoy frankies but thought it is good to change it? does anyone see doing 8 reps as good for mass building? cant remember who i was having a conversation about it with but someone was saying that 8 reps builds up the shiefs between the muscles? can anyone suggest a good 8 rep program?

    Lots of options mate.

    Do 5x5 again, with different exercises. Try 4x6, 3x3. Try 5x5 on primary exercise then 3x8 on others. Its really up to you. Best way is for to have a think, post a potential routine for constructive critism.
