i'm 6'3" about 240lbs , don't know bf% but it's high ( not obese high)
current diet is something like this:
breakfast: whey in water , big bowl of oats ( semi skimmed and honey)
10:00am : tuna sandwich on wholemeal ( full tin of tuna)
12:00pm : tuna sandwich on wholemeal ( full tin of tuna)
15:00pm : tin of mackerel , 2 bananas
17:00pm : turkey stir fry , boiled rice
19:00pm : protein bar
training would be here from 19:30pm to 20:30pm
21:00pm : bowl of oats , 2 eggs
depending on the day i might have a chinese meal after this
( boiled rice and stir fry type dish , girlfriend works in takeaway so temptation is always there)
weekends are usually a mess , get up later and eat when i want to , sometimes going for the unhealthy option but always striving for protein.
as for drinks , i barely touch alcohol and drink mainly water and unsweetend tea.
I work in a fairly physical job where i would be on my feet all day and walking/lifting a bit.
