if your diet, training and rest is nailed, then you will see awesome gains without the prov, possibly making it unnecessary.
but there are benefits to using proviron-it may help keep bloat down (not usually an issue anyway with a fairly low dose of test and if your diet is clean) and also it bonds easily to shbg, giving you more "free" test in your system=possibly better gains.
the cycle elliot outlined is good. you could run that, and then next time run the same cycle plus 50mg proviron ed.
also, a good idea would be to run a low dose of dbol (maybe 20mg ed) between your last shot of test and pct.
