Fat Wallet is right. High Protein ( i recommend taking a basic whey protein supplement), low/moderate carbohydrate, low fat diet (do get good fats-flaxseed, omega 3s, EFA's etc), weight training and cardio (remember to progress-longer sessions, more intense, less rest etc), dont underestimate weight trainings fat burning abilites-lots of compound exercises kep it short and intense.
sensible clean diet at a calorie deficit ie. eat less total calories every day/week plenty of fish, chicken/turkey, whey protein, some lean meat, oats, wholeweat, potatoes, brown rice and fruit and veg. LOts of water aswell- at least 4 litres a day
