first time doing a cut need routine

hows it going guys heading on holiday in 7 weeks gonna try a quick cut have never did a cut before and was wondering if someone could reccomend me a 7 week training programme. im gonna be in gym 5 days a week and cardio 45 mins every day i have my diet to a tee and am gonna be taking 500mg of test e a week just so i can keep muscle while tryna loose weight and cut up

    monday cardio am chest/ tris pm
    tue cardio am sholders/ abs pm
    wed cardio am back/bis pm
    thu legs/abs am cardio pm
    fri cardio am bit of everything pm
    do 45 mins of high intensity cardio every day have my diet to a tee sitting around 17%bf at the moment

    Switch tues with wed so u aint doing 2 upper body days in a row, try push/pull/push mate and if you can day rest inbetween

    when i say rest do cardio example
     
    mon - chest / tris / shoulders
    tues - cardio
    wed - back / bi
    thurs - cardio
    fri - legs
