flu's getting me down..

Hi guys, i've had this flu hanging over me for the last two weeks and during this time i haven't been able to train properly and feel like my fitness is going down the pan, it is also very frustrating knowing i can't train... Anyone else had this recently?? Your thoughts and pinions are appreciated, thanks...

Hi Banjo, Good news is that if you've had it for two weeks then you must be nearly over it by now. Once it's out the way you'll feel great and i imagine highly motivated to get training again. It may even serve as a spring board to greater fitness.
