focus on chest

what would you says the best for chest iv got muscle there but also fat any idea sets and reps i could put in to it and how many times a week i could train it and also is cardio any good for chest?? and should i stay away from cabs?

    flat bench
    incline DBs
    weighted dips

    then adding

    guillotine press
    and or flys

    after you have put a foundation down

    +

    1-2 years training

    +

    suitable diet

    +

    training rest of body

    IMO the best chest exercises are-

    Flat Barbell Bench

    Dumbell or Barbell Incline Bench

    Dumbell Flyes

    I like training my chest once a week, but i do close grip bench press (use it for a tri exercise) with shoulders and tri's on another day, So i don't no if that makes it twice a week?

    Cardio is for general health and fat loss.
