I always find a fried egg sanwich with ketchup does wonders. Best if you have it before bed.

Yep egg sandwich and a glass of milk sounds good to me. Tasty and good. Plus plenty of water.

I eat bread and drink a lot of water. If I'm ambitious (and coordinated enough), I have some cheese as well.
I don't know if its nutritious...

I tend to eat a 7 inch hawaiian pizza, chips and a kebab after a night on the razz. works wonders for that hungry feeling in a morning.

no food is empty cals, all food has some nutritional value. Personally I'd be more concerned with re-hydrating myself and getting to bed.

After drinking alcohol then your blood sugar is gonna be all over the place, hydration is gonna be rock bottom. Concentration of vits and minerals will be low too.

So I'd choose something with some carbs in it that isnt gonna lie mega heavy on the stomach. A chicken burger or 3 usually goes down a treat.

If your going on the lash for 5 days I don't think you should worry about what you eat. There are loads of empty calories in the beer/lager anyway. Treat it as a week off and come back more determined to train/diet hard.

    Er, white sugar...

I tend not to eat after a big nights drinking, mainly due to horific amount of cals I've just drunk, also try avoiding wheat when you're getting food from a takeaway is a right pain. I doubt your drunk body will make that much use of anything you put in it anyway. Eat well when your sober again.
