for BIG les.



Pre-Workout... 20g whey, 2 bananas and two pints of water and 4 jaffa cakes ( dont say no the J.C. please!!).... any good?

    What do you consider "Pre-workout"?

    I don't eat anything for around 1 hour before a workout.

    Post workout protein/carbs is not to be missed however.

    i agree with partyboy...but if i just come home from school and want to get started within half an hour i would maybe have just a banana to keep me energized through the workout...then take my whey straight after i finish

    for pre-workout (1hr before i train) i would want something to keep me going throughout my 1hr of training... more energy more reps
