No need for 4 scoops a day mate. You're flushing your money down the drain! One scoop (5 grams) is all that is needed.

    this is what it says:

MIX 1 scoop(43g)with lots of water

    Loading Dose
    1 Scoop, 4 times a day for 5 days.

    Maintenance Dose
    1 Scoop, twice a day.

    21 servings, or more.

SO what exactly does this mean? 1 take 1 scoop in a bottle and drink it 4 times a day OR do i take 1 scoot each time for 4 times?

Have you read up on CEE?No need for loading and is generally better than creatine with no bloating etc.Best thing is its so much cheaper. You can get a kilo for under 30 quid now,and at the recommended dose of 3g a day it will last you about a year!

best overall way ive found to take creatine is once a day, straight after a workout, thats when i most noticed an increse in size. Its also more practical on the wallet.

CEE is creatine ethyl ester. There should be untold posts about it in the supplement section if you do a search.

CEE is 3x the price on myprotein than normal stuff. maybe if you had no sucess with creatine or probs try CEE, but it still works out cheape rto use normal creatine if possible

Myprotein is the wrong place to buy cee then. They charge £6.50 per 100gs as opposed to £27.99 for a kilo from bulkpowders.co.uk.Admittedly their creatine is marginally cheaper but I wouldnt quibble personally. To be fair, any of these would be better value than L.A muscles creatine. It's nearly as pricey as celltech I believe, and thats saying something!
