for those who frequently bulk . a quick question !

just how "bulky" do you allow your self to get beofre you start to cut
 
currently half way through my first proper bulk going ok from 100kg to 107ish kg still another 4-5 weeks left on this one ,
 
what do ye guys usually put up and how much you cut then after  ??

    my advice would be don't get overly obsessed with adding pounds to your weight

    take things slowly and try to add good weight not just weight!

    otherwise you will end up with too much fat that you will have to cut

    ha, yes...

    I'm on a constant bulk but i'm only 95kg at min. dont plan on cutting anytime soon but i embrace the chub lol...

    Weight: 94kg - Bench: 150kg - Squats: 180kg - Deadlift: 220kg - Clean & Press: 100kg...

    Your first proper bulk and you're 107kg?

    Sounds probably that you're carrying a lot of fat. I'd cut now.

    IMO it depends on what your goals are.

    For me when I did my first bulk I went over board and put on too much fat, but the main focus for me was to increase my overall strength so I ensured that I qualified for Scotlands Strongest Man.

    I tend to cut round holidays or do a cut for summer.
     
    If I start getting too fat on a bulk, I drop some carbs and increase cardio to slow things down.
     
    Things are getting out of control on this bulk already and I'm tempted to do a 2 week cut just to sort my head out and feel a bit better about myself.

    I put 4-5 stone on most bulks to be honest. Just the way i do things, i have no problem loosing the fat when it comes to cutting.
