franky 5x5 worries

been doing frankies 5x5 now for seven weeks, and its great! really enjoy it and have made inch - two and a hlf inch gains. Have been eating like a horse! all good foods, whole grain breads and pastas and have been avoiding bad foods. I am now upto 13.5 % body fat though, and am worried this will be hard to get off. I have never tried a specific cutting of bulking program before and so am wondering if this body fat is too high? Also, i am pleased with my progress but want to get bigger, and so am thinking of doing another bulking phase after this one. Will this see my body fat get to the point of no return?! Really not sure whats best. Any advice would be great.

13.5% is not all that high. Plus this has nothing to do with frankies routine....it has all to do with your diet. You could throw in 1 or 2 cardio sessions per week to help keep off some unwanted fat.

You can always lose that fat but after only seven weeks i definately would not consider cutting already. You seem to be making good gains so throw a day or 2 of cardio in to minimize fat gains and later on you can maybe focus on losing some fat if you want.
