13.5% is not all that high. Plus this has nothing to do with frankies routine....it has all to do with your diet. You could throw in 1 or 2 cardio sessions per week to help keep off some unwanted fat.
You can always lose that fat but after only seven weeks i definately would not consider cutting already. You seem to be making good gains so throw a day or 2 of cardio in to minimize fat gains and later on you can maybe focus on losing some fat if you want.
