frankys routine,do u do sholders with chest

im on frankys routine, i like it, on fridays i do chest and tris and shoulders, i was wondering who does shoulders after chest, if u do how does it feel, does your shoulders increase weight
coz it feels a bit akward doing it after chest, but hey i wll sick with it for a 12 weeks although when i did it on a leg day i pushed more.

this is a question for u franky for me shoulder exercise i do seated shoulder press, not militaries whats so good about militaryies, u also said on one of your posts that doing shoulders while stsnding was good for your back.
so sahll i exchange the shoulder exercises or is it too late since its 2 weeks on your course and how do i know how to do militaryies

Yep, do shoulder on chest day. Personally I'd do bench first then shoulder press, but if you rate shoulders as a higher priority you could do them first.

The reason you find it hard after bench is your shoulders and tris get a decent workout from benching.

Finally, do it standing mate. It means your core muscles are called in to help stabilise your body.

I do standing shoulder press after bench as well. you can't go as heavy as you would if you did it first, but then you if you did it first you wouldn't be able to go as heavy on bench either.

Keep it in your arms, if you lower to the floor then lift your effectively performing a clean & press.
