RE: free copy of m&f hers
I was messed about something rotten with my subscription when it was first launched. I sent off the form, but never heard anything back so assumed it had been declined and thought no more of it. Then, a few months ago, I decided to have another go, so called them. I was told I was already listed as a subscriber, so said what had happened when I had tried to subscribe. She said no problem, we'll cancel that old one and make a new one - gave card details, thought all was sorted. So, I waited, and waited, and waited - nothing arrived. Called to ask what was wrong, only to be told they had no record of my subscription - I went through all that had been said during my last call, but all that showed was the last subs being cancelled; no record at all of the new one.
Was asked if I wanted to try again - declined, said I'd carry on getting it in the shop.
