gaining weight going well, but fat....

Hey all, ive got a good diet going now, i consume 3 protein shakes a day (wegiht gainer atm). I eat breakfast including cereal a protein shake and a lot of water. For lunch i usually have a hot meat meal or meat filled sandwiches, then for dinner i have a hot meal of meat and also a protein shake and 3 grams of creatine in water, and then supper a protein shake or weight gainer and either some cereal or a load of meat and a lot of water.
However i am slowly putting on weight, but im also putting on fat and i was wondering, what is the best technique in Cardio to burn fat? i do a 4 day split at the gym doing weights and so i could easily fit in the other 3 days doing cardio, but what? running? biking?

    try HIIT cardio (High Intensity Interval Training) an example would be 30 seconds hard cycling followed by 30 seconds nice and easy and repeat for 20 minutes or so. Do this before breakfast and have whey in water before and after this and the fat should come off nicely.

    u should also look closely at the contents of the weight gainer, alot of them usually contain alot of sugars, fillers, etc.

    You've answered your own question mate.
    Stop having the weight gain powder regularly and switch to higher quality carb and protein sources (For example, chicken+pasta+veg, tuna sandwich+ fruit, steak+spuds+salad, etc.)
