Oh dear, well don't be devastated or sad, it's really not that bad - try not to let your weight rule your life! Post up your diet and your goals and maybe somebody here can help!

    ok my diet is usually
2/3 cup of diet low fat k special with 1 cup of skimmed milk, lunch about 1 cup of pasta,or 1 cup of rice,or 2/3 cup of rice sometimes and salad, dinner is 2 meals of carbs that is one whole circular bread(similar to 1 cup of pasta)
my pasta is always low fat nothing but 2 or 3 small tea spoons of olive oil and tomato sauce,no dresssing or oil or lemon in the salad, usually I eat 10 fruits of 120 gram (medium or kinda small), and diet cokes I take 1 free day aweek in which I eat something like an icecream or a chocolate bar,and I go to the gym 5 times aweekit's like what can I do more I'm gaining weight

    welcome to the board mate

    simple equations

    calories in Vs calories out

you are eating too much, hence the weight going on
your intake does not match your output

the macronutrient ratio is also way out IMO with all foods being carbs instead of fat and protein in the meals

    as stated

    calories in Vs calories out

you can lose weight eating mcdonalds every meal and gain fat by eating lettuce for every meal

its the portion size, obviously you are eating too much for your needs

did he/she test your RMR? did they calculate your daily tasks?

    eat, monitor and adjust accordingly

simple rules i live by, if you are putting weight on drop your intake

infact I've been like this since about 6 months and I lost weight then suddenly I put on some and i'm fairly doing much more sports now than I used to be
did i mention that 7 carb meals is not a big meal it's like 1/3 cup of rice or 1/2 cup of cooked pasta and cooked rice ,also I'm a female not a dude,so I don't wanna bulk up or anything,or turn into a ball of muscles:

for reasons unknown to us you are putting on weight, could be muslce gains, in people who were previously inactive there can be substantial weight gain once exercie starts just through muscle.

How do you know its fat you've put on?

What i always do is take photos of myself once a month or so, if i'm not happy with my physique i'll change it by changing my calories/activity levels.

How much weight did you put on? are we talking a pound or 10 pounds? Do you not have any protein in your diet? If your only eating carbs and no protein your not going to feel full. Your diet just seems a bit bizare to me, especialy if its come from a dietician.
Toxic- Do you think mabie shes not eating enough rather than to much and with extra exersise is in starvation mode?

but my dietion gave me this diet

Your dietician has loaded you up with carbs and no fats or protein, your diet isnt balanced.
I've read posts from members who are fairly larg BB'ers who eat less carbs than your do.

it did cross my mind but generally it would be a lack of weight loss rather than the gaining of substantial weight

i am not going to pass comment though due to the fact that it may be a medical condition as stated above and im not a doctor therfore the advice i gave may actually be detremental

Have you put on 700 grams in the last month or have I got completely the wrong end of the stick here?

    yeah,I've gained 700 grams,
my dietion didn't load my with carbs I just didn't mention the other things it's 8 meat/cheese/chicken (protien meals) each of 30 grams, and 10 carbs each of 30 grams and 8 tea spoons fat,oil..etc.1 cup of milk daily,10 fruit meals each of 120 grams and 5 vegtables.I've been eating the vegitables and the fruits fully but not the oil/fat I've only been eating maxmum 5 tea spoons ad that is rare sometimes 2,and the carbs not fully I've been eating varies from 2-6 max or 7 in maximum cases and not all of the protien meals I eat about maybe 5 or 4 ,I drink milk daily though.my dietions doesn't want me to lose weight, just to keep it,though I want to lose couple of extra kilos and I'm afraid it might affect the muscles being build,I'm 162 cm and weigh about 55 and the gained 700 grams (kilos)

700g is nothing IMO. That could be muscle, water, premenstrual bloat (non-technical term!). You have followed your dieticians plan and have hit a plateau and are now maintaining your weight. This is what your dietician wanted for you as you are now technically in the "healthy weight" category.
Don't get so upset about 700g, it's just not worth it, you are a human being not a robot.
You want to lose another couple of kilos? Reduce intake as stated in earlier posts.
