You could try and run less and slowly build it up untill your body gets used to it

EPO is the only thing I can think of to help LD runners but should NOT under any circumstances be taken lightly

like what alex.p said and thats EPO.

But again something that should not be used willy nilly as a few young healthy people have died from it.

I would be wary of doing a cycle while running so much. Heart is a muscle. It will respond as well to the test. Resulting in an enlarged heart. Not that it will not be enlarged already from being a distance runner. With an enlarged heart you will have a slower heart rate and lower blood pressure when you get older. Sometimes the heart rate drops such they will prescribe meds or pace the heart. Just my thoughts. I used  to run a lot as well. I always cut it way back when cycling.

    Do it again!

Most AAS will increase recovery.  Var seems to be popular amongst cyclists for this very reason.

You have to be careful about water retention as well as the possibility of lower back/shin pumps that can result from certain AAS'.  Some people even report these side effects from var.

You can get rest from Silent Nights labs. You'll have to look hard but i think Tesco's labs does food.
