yes just make sure you give the stopper a good clean with an alcohol wipe and check to make sure they havent crashed.

Already answered a question like this earlier.

In short yes. Gear Crashed is when crystal apper in the Vial's, the AAS has become attached from the souloution happened to some Strong prop I used lately.

Here's what posted in other thread today "5 year old dbol and Nolva" might clear things up for you.

"I think the use before dates especially on many things (including protein powders, creatine/supps, *certain foods, and certain AAS (particular Pharma AAS) is just away to make sure it has to sold by that date or thrown out (so you have to buy another). Also so the stockist of the certain product, has a deadline to sell it by or its "not" good for sale.

Dont get me wrong I belive that AAS if stored corerectly will very slowly lose its potency from when its manufactured, but to what degree is debatable.

Storing AAS in a: dry, dark cupboard / drawer, which is normal room tempature Is good place for gear to stay fresh.

I would say for gear which HAS expired, inspect it, for injectables make sure gear hasnt crashed. for tablets as long as there been stored well as I mentioned above, should be fine.

Could rant on, but hopefully you get the idea. "
