If you want a great routine to shock the body out of a rut and into
new growth then try this.
10x10x10x3.This is a whole body workout done 3xs a week for no more
than 2-3weeks or you will seriously over train.
So what you have is 10 bodyparts trained 1 exercise per bodypart at
10 sets of 10 reps with 30-60 sec rest between each set and using the
same weight throughout the whole 10 sets,this is not for the faint
hearted but works a treat[}:)]
