german volume training help

just got a quick Q,


Day1 Chest & Back
Day2 Legs & Abs
Day3 Off
Day4 Arms & Shoulders
Day5 Off

that is a training schedual set by Charles Poliquin, it's a 5 day cycle, just got to ask, after day 5 do i then repeat the cycle so it would look like this

Day1 Chest & Back
Day2 Legs & Abs
Day3 Off
Day4 Arms & Shoulders
Day5 Off
Day6 Chest & Back
Day7 Legs & Abs
Day8 Off
Day9 Arms & Shoulders
Day10 Off
etc...
is that correct?

    Personaly I would start at 3xs aweek for first week then just take each
    workout as you feel ready,it takes a lot out of you and alot of the
    time if done right you will not always feel like training on the days
    your supposed to because you still haven`t recovered from the previuos
    workout.

    If you want a great routine to shock the body out of a rut and into
    new growth then try this.

    10x10x10x3.This is a whole body workout done 3xs a week for no more
    than 2-3weeks or you will seriously over train.

    So what you have is 10 bodyparts trained 1 exercise per bodypart at
    10 sets of 10 reps with 30-60 sec rest between each set and using the
    same weight throughout the whole 10 sets,this is not for the faint
    hearted but works a treat[}:)]
