    low GI diet mate.

you'll want protein and complex carbs with every meal.

brekfast cud be shredded wheat with seeds or nuts on top, lunch cud be tuna and pasta, dinner veg a steak etc.

i eat every 2 and half hours.  only time i consume fat is before bed, and its in the form of nuts, but cottage cheese is good aswell.

only time i eat simple carbs ( in form of fruit) is right after wakening up and right before my workout ( it really gives you a boost).

just stick to your steaks, chickens, tunas, salmons, milks, protein shakes, eggs etc for your protein.

and pasta, oat, wheat, bran, wholemeal breads etc for the complex carbs.

    regards
