    What does your girlfriend do in the gym at present and what is her diet like? If she's just after losing a few pounds and gaining lean muscle then steroids seem a bit drastic. Maybe if you post her routine and diet she can achieve her goals with just a few changes.

    I've never found steroids to be very effective for fat loss, I think a fat burner would be more appropriate
