give this a try

I have recently found a meal that is quite low in fat, fills me up and tastes quite nice. Tinned meatballs(49p) and packet noodles(19p), both from aldi's.
Meat balls per 100g 148 cals
protein 7.7g
carbs 10.4g
sat fats 0.1g
Noodlesper 100g 126 cals
protein 3.1g
carbs 17.9g
sat fat 2.3g

Cracking little meal.

For me, that'd be too carb heavy to be a good evening meal.

hmmm that would make a good breakfast [post whey protein first thing]

plus the guy I drive share with would hate me eating that at 6:30!
