glute injection / leg workout

i do my leg workouts on monday and friday and i inject test 250 on monday and thursday. doing it this way am i causing myself more pain and soreness than if i was to workout a different muscle group instead on those days? or is it a good thing to get the leg muscles working to circulate the product? i just dont know.

any suggestions appreciated

it's a very good thing as it warms the muscle and get's the steroid dispersed quicker

I agree, if I can do a workout on the region of the injection right away there's less soreness.

surely there would be a greater chance of a muscle tear, by working the muscle so soon with all the oil sturated into 1 part of the muscle?

Maybe you can handle yourself one of them First Class tickets to the resurrection,So long, Mel, Have a good trip

Can you explain why having oil in the muscle will 'tear' tissue? The only tears I can think about will have occurred in conjunction with the needle.
I see the oil as being analogous to inflammation from some injury. Have you ever been sore (while the underlying injury has healed), and seen that soreness dissipate more quickly when the affected area is worked?

well your muscles are tight to begin with, now when u jab an extra 3+ml of rather thick oil in there, surely it would be stretching the muscle already, now my question would be surely if the muscle fibers are under more tension than usual, doing weights when the oil is not properly dispesed would increase the risk of a tear?

Possibly. I routinely tear muscles, but have never had problem with an injection site muscle during a cycle. This in spite of the fact that I do put more intensity in to training during cycle. That's my anecdotal experience. How about you? Have you either torn, or even just experienced more-than-usual soreness at an injection point that you've worked just after injecting? Or perhaps you've always avoided working those muscles after an injection?

nah i dont train the muscle for a couple of days usually so ive never had the experience, my theory is just from general logic

i suppose if uve had tears before but never after an injection it should be ok, cheers mate
