going shopping

Im sending the perants out shopping with a list for me a few questions tho

whats the best oats
im seing nut butter around the forum whats the est brand
they get plenty of tuna anyway i just nick the cats john west tuna if I run out
they get plenty of fruit anyway
and eggs
their getting me some cottage cheese so got that covered
their getting me some almond nuts
and brown rice and wholemeal pasta

what else should I ask for

its a cutting diet by the way

    assuming the structure, timing and portion size of your diet is well mapped out, any of the foods below could be added to help you out

    oats, just quality sack of oats
    any peanut butter, ideally natural, low sugar ones IMO are better or cashew or hazelnut
    maybe some veg in there?

    veg aint a problem anyway they get that weekly its just the extra stuff people wouldnt buy if you know what I mean

    Up your way too!, had to go to asda last night to get mine and tescos is full of mouldy fruit! no joke
