low fat cheese is the weight watvhes type but its horrid unless you bake with it. Low fat mince i use turkey mince 450g 90g of protein and 5% fat. Low fat aint the be all and end all of a good diet mate, i personally use Leskol cheese which is 20% fat but its mainly monos and polys vs saturated like normal cheddar

That leskol cheese looks good, I just had a look on their website. Where can you get it from iopener? Do you know if Tesco or ASDA stock it?

Although, if its so low in sat fats then does cooking this cheese come with a high risk of damaging the fats?

you can get it from ASDA i find it in my local one no sweat. As for cooking it its made from vagatable fat so id say as long as you dont burn it it should be ok. I use it for pizzas, cheese on toast etc to the point where it melts and thats about it. Not too sure about Tesco as ive never seen it there so it might vary from store to store
