I like soy protein, cheap, helpful to recovery. Hard to fully dissolve though, so it's a bit 'powdery' when you drink it.
It contains some compounds mimic estrogen but they are actually just 1% active as estrodiol. I even think it's helpful when you got too high estrogen level because the less active compounds would compete receptors with real estrogen.
I don't believe soy protein will cause gyno; chinese and japanese men take soybean product everyday and got lower gyno rate.
