good fats - no nuts

Hey

I know i dont eat enough fat in my diet but after reading like TT's list of foods and searching the board i can only find a few things apart from nuts that contain good fats AND I HATE NUTS! lol

any ideas?
i'm going to get flaxseed sup and mix a bit of avacado into my diet
but thats still quite low on fats unless i go overboard on them!

    ooopps how did i manage to miss fish off the list! lol i knew about fish
    so basically ruling out nuts and apart from the fish i already eat i'm left with mainly oil's

    how do you take oil? i tried olive oil in orange juice once which was a big mistake as it obvioulsy jsut sits on top and made me gag!

    Flax oil is nice, nutty taste, very nice i think.

    As Gaz says, flaxseed is good. Avocados are VERY high in cholesterol, so be aware of this.

    What problem????

    I didn't know avocados are high in cholesterol. Somthing else I've learn.

    I love oils on tuna, ie 2 table spoons of extra virgin Olive oil, top suff.

    I didnt know about avocados being high in cholesterol either, thats a shock me to.

    Please check your facts before posting as incorrect information devalues these boards.

    EDIT: While I'm on a rant, dietary cholesterol has little effect on serum cholesterol unless you have a tendency to high serum cholesterol anyway.
