good idea or a load of rubbish??

hi all, after searching through copious amounts of rubbish on the internet about various types of training out there i came across an interesting way of training. its called occlusion training. Dont know if anyone on here has heared about it before but its worth a read..... Enjoy

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the "present."

It's not really news. The post is also a bit spammy!  It's yet another example of sponsored research dressed up with terminology that tries to induce wannabe body beautifull's to buy into something.
At the end of the day, it's basically training, set/rep/weight ranges after that are totally individual based on individual aims, starting points and each persons own genetic makeup

    eh? Odd reply...
anyway, OP, it seems to work on paper and in the lab but in the real world forget about it, there's plenty of other things to pay attention to before that
