Whether it is good or not is going to be subjective to your goals.

Are you looking to reach a certain 'time gate' during your runs? ? ?

Are you trying to get fitter in general or train for a specific sport? ? ?

Times seem ok mate considering you're just starting.

For a 16 year old who runs regularly then not so good but as Gaz says, what are your goals?
