graemewh diet - please offr advice
PLEASE OFFER HELP ON DIET BELOW
I know Ive had replies from a few and thankyou, its just that im starting my diet/programme
on Monday and wanted to sort my diet out if possible. Im 5 foot 11 im male 27 and weigh approx 11 stone
i want to gain a bit of muscle and become more defined i have sorted my exercise program out.
I was looking at consuming approx 2100 cals, with 235g protein 160g of carbs and 30g of fat,
im feeling my fat intake may be too low. Also i have purchased Whey protein and I will be training at approx 5pm and alternating with cardio, therefore when are the best times to take my whey protein. Id really appreciate as much advice as possible, even some ideas of food, recipies as Im looking
