Are you having a mid-life crisis old chap?

If you are then no problem. I would recommend you have it dyed by someone who knows what they're doing. They say it should be slightly lighter than your eyebrows to look natural. If you dye it too dark, it's going to look like you've dyed it.

I can't believe I'm on the internet giving hair advice.

I'm 32 and while I've had a few grey hairs since my mid twentys they are now multiplying at an alarming rate, I have also got a couple of patches of grey stubble on my chin and I even noticed a grey chest hair the other day ! I am becoming a badger ! which would be ok as I like badgers but badger bating is rife round here so I'm worried that some twat knocks down my living room wall, bashes me round the head with a shovel and then sets two terriers on me

That wasn't just an excuse to go off on one , I am worried about going grey and I am also worried that I will look silly if I dye my hair

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

grecian 2000 works as does just for men .slow to get to your natural colour so people dont notice you are dyeing it.problem is it comes off on your pillow and towels when you shower there has got to be a better way

28 years old and got 2 patches of grey on each side, contemplated dying it but think it would be a pain in the arse unless your hair is long. It grows to quick on the side burns and stuff to hide it. Also there has to be a time when you stop dying it and suddenly you go to a head of full grey in the space of 2 weeks. Explain that one

I dye my hair cause im sick of people pointing out I have grey bits and its going to be a long time before I go fully grey, only being 28 and all!!!!!
Most of my hair is naturally black but to cover up the grey I just use dark brown so it all blends in and doesnt looked dyed.
Oh and use womens hair dye. Its cheaper, looks better, and theres no bloody difference. Things like grecian 2000 are only advertised like that so men buy them, just like moisturiser etc... If you feel stupid buying it say its for your girlfriend or something. Or sneak to asda at 4am when no one is around and use a self checkout till so no one ever knows!!!!!!
(Im being sarcastic but that could work!!!)
