I do grippers once a week, hammer curls once a week, thick bar DLs once a week and I may start some static hold once a week too. Also, minimal use of straps will help.

You also have plate pinching, hang holds and lever work

Thick bar deadlifts should be fairly sefl explanatory, simply a thicker bar like scaffold. Static holds, you just load up a bar, or select some heavy DBs, pick them up and hold them for as long as you can. Plate pinch is holding a weight disc betwen fingers and thumb. Hang holds are simply hanging from a bar. Lever work can be done with a sledge hammer, holding it near the bottom of the handle and either performingstatic hold work with it with your arm extended for example, or performing rotation or wrist curl moves with it

    I'd say:

    heavy deads with no straps
    heavy shrugs with no straps
famers' walk (if you have access)

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
