just to throw it out there, if your intrested in seriously training grip and want some examples and programs along with exercises... I highly reccomend and suggest that you look into some of mobsters posts and threads. He is very prestegious and qualified with experience in this field.
I personally train like terry_hollands, with exceptions to shrugs and straps. I go all out or untill my skin gives

475lbs x3 - deadlift (belt)

315lbs x2 - bench(wrist wraps) - Prefer dips/pressing
