Im a 25 yo guy 5'9 and about 74-75 kgs. Never been able to put on fat and dont have a problem with it. However, i have a belly/gut that is taking ages to get rid of. There's no love handle type thing going on it's literally all at the front and is a pain in the ass.

Should i be focusing on abs exercising or cardio fat burning?

My cardio usually consists of trying to burn off about 200-250 calories on a cross-trainer in about 15-20 minutes. I do that 2-3 times a week with an hour of indoor soccer on another evening. I also do some core stuff, it's a bit ad hoc though.

Not sure, other than sit ups (with different variations) what abs stuff I could do. Any input would be useful cheers.

You can't spot reduce the fat mate - you could do 100's of crunches each day and it wouldn't really make a difference.

Eat clean and add fasted AM cardio. (in other words eat less calories than you burn, and do 45 mins cardio at about 65% MaxHR first thing in the morning - before eating)

There are plenty more knowledgable guys who will probably reply to this - but that just about covers it.
